Uninitialised DPB may lead to rejecting int 25h read on a 1440 KiB diskette image?

I seem to have tripped this error code by trying to write a small program that reads from drive A: using int 25h. The drive is a usual 1440 KiB diskette image attached to dosemu2. If I do dir A: before it seems to work.

sounds like its accessing an uninitialized dpbp structure. Needs further research to determine best fix.

This may be related to #144? Seens the fix c08313a is not effective for all cases.
