Add author list

In order to encourage people to contribute the content, we want to display the author of a page after the title, like

Title of a page

Possible solution:

• Github API, and fetch contributor information on the fly.
• Modify mkdocs so that it could use git log to collect contributor information and integrate it into the static page it generates.

The following command should work for collectiing contributor information:

git shortlog -s -n filename
