Create REcoM CI test

I would like to suggest an additional CI test, where we set the REcoM cmake flag to true, provide recom namelist and forcing files for a minimal setup, and compute 2x1 day with REcoM, either in a channel, or in a pi mesh setup.

This way we can ensure, that REcoM continues to function after the merger to main.

Maybe we can use the momentum from: #687 to also add a RECOM CI test. It's a bit of time invested now, but it will save loads of time, when you don't find RECOM broken and needing to check what changed to fix it.

From the RECOM team, we would need all the files that RECOM uses to run. Ideally for 2x1day for PI mesh. The idea is to add as little as necessary to the FESOM2 repository, but still test RECOM.

Good idea. I can provide a set of initial files for biogeochemical tracers and forcing data of dust. Only the dust file is mesh-dependent. Where in fesom repository do you want to have them?

I would suggest confering with @koldunovn. Perhaps they don't have to be part of the repo and can be on in the docker container instead? How large are they?

That's too large to clone for every CI test. Would it be possible to have smaller files, either by having fewer timesteps, and/or by having a smaller mesh?

We only want to run 2 days on PI mesh.

For technical tests I would suggest to just start with constant initial values, not with initial files. Then only the dust file is still needed which has only 70kb
