Spin the first motor of testbed bot

Create a motor, bind it too a button, and make it spin!
Use either a talonfx or sparkmax to accomplish this
Use basics knowledge of command based programming to create a substem and use ctre phoenix 6 / talonfx to program a Kraken or Revlib to program a spark max & neo
This will later be expanded with logging capabilities (using LoggedTalonFX) and auto detection (after #6)
