this codebase should have a readme.
It would be good to talk a little about what the bot is, but it should have sections for the tops
It should list the can ids and controls in a section for the drivetrain, the outreach bot, and the testbed Bot

I can also do that. I'll use a similar layout to what I did with typhoon for continuity's sake and just clarify that its the base robot not any of the mini bots per your prior instructions. I don't know much about the tops/ other information that cant be found in the code, but if you fill me in on those I'd be happy to create the readme!

You can leave things blank, but the plan is to have an outreach bot, testbed bot, and 2 custom implementations that are switchable in hardware (like a dial or something) so that you can bolt something on the chassis we have right now and it will run the code that goes with it. The custom implementations are for higher fidelity prototypes where code is actually used.
