feature request : ignoring png alpha channel

this png , exported from inkscape doesn't work in fabmodule

The invisible(!) alpha channel make it bugguy.
The only solution to fix this is to write this file in jpg, and rewrite it in png.

It would be great if the png loadder would ignore alpha channel

alternative is to use convert

convert img1.png -background white -flatten img1-white.png
