FPP Clocks may be broken crosing over to January 1 2026

FPP Version and Hardware:
FPP M9.4 master on Pi v3

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce:
A clear and concise description of what the bug is and the steps to be taken to reproduce.
I'm investigation now but there appears to be an issue with the clocks and new years day. If I reboot I get the following:
Also if I go into file manager and look at log file time stamps some are coming out 09/11/25

I see this on multiple devices

I was seeing it a lot yesterday when I was doing my testing for the screen, I'm not 100% sure what the cause is/was and iff we nailed it

there is another ticket open on time sync and as a result I just pushed another change to master - could you give that a whirl and see if its better now

@patdelaney think we resolved this after a few attempts - can you confirm all good now in 9.5 - if the device isn't connected to the network where it can get time and it doesn't have a RTC it will always go to Sept 2025 as its default date as it picks that up from a timestamp of when the OS was last updated

@OnlineDynamic or @dkulp when you say "picks that up from a timestamp of when the OS was last updated" is that when the native O/S was updated or the FPPOS timestamp? Just for clarification
