Override EPS orders if they are named

Epsilon values were named ADD and PROP, but respectively parsed as proportional and additive errors internally since we only rely on the order of the values. If the names are explicit and not ambiguous, maybe we could parse them as intended by the user.

Generally speaking, allow a sigma block of length 1, especially if EPS is labelled properly.

• Check for named EPS first.
• If unnamed, must be 2x2 or 4x4 and the first is assumed to be prop
• unless explicitly defined from the outside?
• Make a list of every residual error models available.
• house() should work
