Bug in german Translation

Hi, I've noticed a bug in the german Translation of NativeCam, preventing me to select the last two finishing options at milling circular pockets.

nativecam.po line 2578 is missing a ':' between two of the options.

I know pull requests are a thing, but I have no Idea how this stuff works.
