Add LICENSE file

Hello

I host an unmodified fork of this project on GitLab.

The GitLab Open Source program requires that all projects have an Open Source License LICENSE file.

Could it possible to add a LICENSE (LICENSE.txt, LICENSE.MIT, etc...) file to the root of the project?
