setup issue #1176
Description
Followed the docs and set up the three parts, but getting the following errors. Is there something I missed?
event=uncaughterror, error_message=Cannot read property ‘withAssetPrecache’ of undefined, error_name=TypeError, error_stack=TypeError: Cannot read property ‘withAssetPrecache’ of undefined at ServerResponse.res.render (/.../node_modules/@financial-times/n-ui/server/lib/asset-manager/middleware-factory.js:103:22)
