[BUG] The environment drop down menu is not consistently showing the offline state.

Description

The environment drop down menu is not consistently showing the offline state.
If an environment has failed it shows up in the drop menu, but when a reload page is done the offline indicator is gone.

Steps to reproduce

1. Goto settings -> environment

2. Make an environment fail the connection test. In my case the fqdn could not be resolved

3. Click test environment connection -> fail indicator

4. The environment drop menu shows the offline indicator (that's ok)

5. Reload the page

6. Select the environment drop menu again. The offline indicator is gone.

7. Click the test environment button again, the offline indicator in the environment drop menu appears again, etc

The indicator should be stable.

The screenshot shows the ok situation.

Just reload the page in this situation and the offline indicator is goen.
