Reduce Permissions scope #1
Description
Currently we require write access on the project so the local gh-pages branch can be written to by the bot.
Ideally the scope of the permission can be reduced from broad write access to just write access for the gh-pages branch.
This doesn't sound unbearably hard assuming github has it implemented (should all be in the actions docs), I just don't have the spare time to do this at the moment. Any contributions taking a crack at this would be greatly appreciated!
