Custom mob textures

Describe the feature

I want to change mob textures just like blocks textures.
For example powder ghast should has texture more "powderer" only in Dwarwen Mines.

I will be looking into custom entity textures when i am home. I have been planning custom entity textures for a while, specifically delaying after the 1.21 snapshots since they were unstable in regards to rendering.
