Pre-filled scoresheet

Last years scoresheets were already filled, only missions that teams have done during a match had to be filled in. With the current Dutch scoresheet every mission is not filled in at all. This increases the time to fill in a scoresheet after a match.

Can't test right now, but I just checked and the XML does have the "default" properties set, so that potential cause can be ruled out. If possible, could you load the missions from last year in the newest version of the code and see if it still works? That would determine whether the problem is in code or data. Trying old challenges didn't solve the issue. I indeed see the "default"-properties in the xml-files. Since I'm not familiar with the code it will be difficult to fix it myself, but i'll have a look into it now.

Assuming you want to fix this for Tilburg: keep in mind we're running off of fll-tools.com so even if you fix the code, it still needs to be deployed there.
