Cosmetic displaySystem-issue: ties in rankings unrecognized #308
Description
If there are duplicate ranking scores ('ex aequo'/'tie'), the rankings still get sequentially numbered rather than getting equal rank numbers. In the administrator ranking screen this is not the case.
