Updating rounds per stage requires Scoring page refresh #179
Description
When updating the number of rounds per stage (we do this when going from Practice to Ranking - we wipe all scores and set Practice rounds to 0), computers displaying the Scorekeeping page continue to cache the rounds until the page is refreshed, even when going between the score list and new score entry.
The workaround we used was to check every score-entry computer, refresh the Scorekeeping page, and verify the correct round list displays when entering a new score.
