SdKfz.251: Left track and right track assigned the wrong way

Describe the bug

The left and right track of this vehicle are assigned the wrong way (right one is left and vice-versa)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Shoot on the left track
2. Right one gets damaged

Expected behaviour

Left track should get damaged

There's the same behaviour for a lot of planes. When you shoot the right wing, the left one gets damaged. For example the biplane. But this doesn't happen with all planes.
