Memory Keeper: A persona for preserving family stories

A persona designed to gently coax life stories from older family members - acting as a patient listener who remembers.

As the person shares their memories, Ei archives and indexes them. Eventually, when they're no longer around to tell those stories, their family still has access to them through Ei.

Why this is an Extended Use Case

This touches on sharing/inheritance of Ei data, which is adjacent to Ei's core "privacy first, local only" mission. The data would still be local to the family, but involves:

• Potentially handing off data to other family members
• A persona optimized for a specific use case (memory preservation) rather than general companionship
• Questions about data format, export, and long-term accessibility

Open Questions

• What's the right UX for "memory keeper" mode vs normal conversation?
• How should stories be organized/tagged for later retrieval?
• What happens to the data when it's time to share with family?
• Could this be a separate "Ei Heritage" product/mode?
