(Suggestion):Creosote generator #15

i personally often have the problem that i have an overflow of creosote so i thought a generator could help with that,i think it should be a mid game medium sized multiblock(2x2x2) but either require ignition plugs to work or be some sort of steam boiler with a steam engine attached to it(or having the engine be a spereta structure)
