setBalance uses deposit transaction even if new balance is lower than old #120
Description
setBalance uses deposit transaction even if new balance is lower than old
So if i run econ set nick 600 and then econ set nick 300, both transactions would be deposit, ignoring the fact that second command should use withdraw transaction
