Push for add to ofCore?

Just wondering if you'd be interested in advocating for this to be added to the core. If so, what modifications do you think would need to be made? I can'f find anything that's terribly specialized in there. The overloaded operators are mostly intuitive. It would be nice to have open-ended ranges I suppose, but those get complex.

Also, perhaps this would be good to add into the ofParameter discussion? It essentially holds the same ranged data as this.
