Mac needs file associations for .time files #17

It would be nice to package TimeFlow with a little more OS X usability chrome. Specifically, it should automatically associate all .time files with TimeFlow; as I understand things, this will require packaging TF as an .app. (Seems like it shouldn't be that hard to do, I just don't know how to do it yet.)
