You already have the entire plugin. Unfortunately, I can't send you the config file with item names for legal reasons. You are allowed to download it but I'm not allowed to distribute it (same process with Spigot and BuildTools). The best I can do is provide explanation on how to download the file and transform it in the right format, which I already did. I even did a software to help with the transformation process and a video to explain how to use it. I can't do more.
