Request: Lands claim plugin integration

An integration with lands that would work like the GriefPrevention integration.

I put that with all ideas and will be done when the plugin will be fully rewritten. I don't know which version of ShopChest you are using but note that it will be only be implemented in the v1.15 and not in the v1.14 as it's too messy. It could take a long time to be done.

Alright. Do you have an estimation about how long it will take?

I don't know :/ I want to switch to gradle the whole project, then finish the refactor of the whole transaction system and implement the interaction system. This is a lot of work and need to be done before any enhancement. I'm busy with my studies so let's 6 month (should not be that long, can also be longer, idk)
