It gets everything right except the text.

If I understand this correctly, fixing this issue would require appending the text to the URL, which would result in super long URLs, which seems like a very fragile solution.
The Shell version has the "Serialize" feature which includes all the texts.
I guess this issue can be closed.

However, the url feature might come back in the shell at some point, I have rough plans, at least for layouts where it is feasible. You're right, that putting the full text into the url can create a very long url. I'm undecided how to handle this, but I would be open to go to the limit, which I don't know what it is.

The URL length limit depends on the browser and the web server. This page has some numbers, but it doesn't say where they got them. The general recommendation is to keep URLs shorter than 2000 characters. The default text in the Ramp layout is more than 3000 characters long already.

PS.: good to know that bugs in the legacy app won't be fixed from now on.
