Missing Dependency in platform-shared validators.js #21

One of the dependencies does not exist
import { getSecret, getVariable } from '../../../platform-admin/src/api/EsvApi';
platform-admin is empty, thus far i have removed the reference and hardcoded 200 for the status, but i am just curious why this exists and is there plans to add these functions?
