What's the best way to store the information defining digital twin AI agents for groups?

GOAL: Create a living AI agentic version of all pro-social organizations focused on achieving that organization's prosocial mission.

IDEA: Put all the info needed to do this in folders in the /groups folder.

It's nice, simple, and transparent to emulate an OS file system. Also, it allows for democratic contribution and modification by voting on GitHub change requests.

The downside is the lack of standardization and validation that comes with a database schema. I guess we could define the schema using schema.org, and create a GitHub action that has an AI agent that knows the current schema monitors for pull requests, and makes comments requesting corrections for schema violations.

Alternatively, one could make a form and allow submission through a UI with form validation.

Any suggestions?
