not getting power to T1 hotend

I am almost done with tridex build
However, I cannot get T1 hotend to work.
its not getting enough power.
I know by the fact that can board is getting the power. (24v fans are spinning)
anyone know the reason y this is happening?

It could be a bad heater, bad connection, or even some issue with the board. I would recommend reaching out on discord and we can help you troubleshoot there.
