Can't Change the settings window height

Description of bug

Can't make the height of the settings window lower also when trying to change the height of the settings window the window goes down instead of changing the size i have 1366x768 screen resolution

is the issue your describing happening with any other window other then the settings? like the examples giving below.

• new instance?

this shouldn't have that issue cause you can resize the window if im not wrong the issue is that your screen is too small and the window like setting doesn't support resizing and thats why you see the weird behavior

from your issue the problem seems to be with none-sizable windows like setting and the shown above this issue isn't global but worth a fix

i can reproduce this issue on my laptop with a small screen
if one selects a default theme, then they will be able to resize the settings window to a bit smaller one
it's just that Prism Launcher for some reason decided to increase the minimum size for settings window

it only happens when trying to resize settings window but when trying to resize other windows it resize normally

it's a small fix and it should be fixed in later versions of FreeSM see the pull request #162
