add a popup that suggests to launch instance in offline mode if you have no internet

Suggestion

add a popup that appears when trying to launch a instance normally while not having an Internet connect, to remind them that they don't have Internet connection and whether they want to launch in offline mode instead or not, cuz currently it just does nothing and opens the logs with no indication of what went wrong

Benefit

so ppl don't get confused on why minecraft won't launch
