Add stable branch?

Might change my mind later. This is for neovim. I don't see a reason so far to have other parts of the dotfiles to be part of this so far.

It would be nice to just recommend a config that very rarely breaks. To achieve this:

• Every plugin must be in a specific commit and not updating or self-updating anything. Lazy has a way to mark commits, so that would help a lot.
• Figure out git branch for a stable and nightly branch if that works best.
• Move to stable after 3 months.

Extra:

• Maybe another branch on local device called notready branch that is even less ready to push. Maybe not.
