I'm assuming you are referring to MinGW builds.
I'm using MinGW built from this repository.

If they are not building MinGW w/ GCC 13.3.0 we won't either.

MinGW provides no binary compatibility. Although it might be possible no one guarantees it.

No more release is planned before October 1st.
