Alarms are not ringing

Describe the bug
The alarms won't ring when the reminder is set to High priority + Alarm. I have updated the app to v. 1.22.13, and battery optimisation is disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Tap on 'Medicine' at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select one entry.
3. In the drop-down menu, under Notification Priority, choose "High + Alarm".
4. Set up a time (e.g., 17:00)
5. Only the notification sound goes off.

Expected behavior
When the Alarm option is selected, and the reminder is triggered, the Alarm sound should ring.

Additional context
I have used this app for a while, and this worked before, but since 1.22.12 and also 1.22.13, the alarms don't go off when I need them to. I have disabled battery optimisation and everything requested by the app.

@leffer97 Thanks for your bug report. I suppose you do not use Google Play for updating, can you test release v1.22.14 that I just created and let me know if that solved it?
