JPC intergration

with the recent open sourcing of JPC or the Java Program compiler, integrating it into the codebase via a library and providing interfaces to the users to access that set of "backend" compilers through J-masm would allow people to not only natively compile their MASM code, but also compile it into C-Masm spec'd bytecode that could then be ran through jmasm.
