C-masm support for backend compilation to bytecode.

with the recent release of JPC's source to github, adding backend support as our first featurefull runtime/compile target outside QBE would be C-Masm.
sure, we could just let people manually compile bytecode that way but it seems right if we add support here, not only for the people who develop programs using j-masm but also for people who want to compile away their codebases into one simple file.

this would also provide speedups for interfacing with C-masm to run the files too.
