Accept multi-line input for description fields

Right now every textual form field is a single-line input. That's fine for most elements, but the description fields may contain longer text, so a larger `textarea` input would be preferable. Eventually I'd like to support Markdown in the field as well, although that's not currently implemented in opentools-builder.
