What is broken?

Selecting the "Price: Low to High" (ascending) sorting option displays products in reverse order (High to Low), and vice versa.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Shop House section.
2. Click on the sorting dropdown/controls.
3. Select the "Price: Low to High" (or asc) option.
4. Observe that the products are displayed starting with the most expensive items instead of the cheapest.

Expected behavior

When "Price: Low to High" (ascending) is selected, the product list should be sorted with the lowest priced items appearing first.

Actual behavior

The sorting logic is reversed. Selecting ascending (asc) sorts the items by b.price - a.price (descending order), and selecting descending sorts by a.price - b.price (ascending order).
