Inside the School building, Next button skips question 2

Clicking Next jumps from question 1 directly to question 3.

What is broken?

Clicking the "Next" button on the first question skips the second question and jumps directly to the third question.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the School House section.
2. Start the Quiz Arena (ensure you are on Question 1).
3. Select an answer and click the "Next" button.
4. Observe that the current question changes to Question 3 instead of Question 2.

Expected behavior

Clicking "Next" on Question 1 should advance the quiz to Question 2. The progression should be sequential (1 -> 2 -> 3).

Actual behavior

The quiz skips a question on the first transition.
(Note from code investigation: In useSchoolChallenge.js, handleNextQuestion has an intentional bug where jumpSize is set to 2 if currentQuestionIndex === 0, causing it to skip index 1).
