I was wondering if you had kept the finetune checkpoint and data (potentially the zarr?) of the K562 data you used to test in the lentiMPRA run. I'm also running a K562 finetune off of another set of experiments, but I would love to compare to yours. I've checked the zenodo get_figure_code/lentiMPRA, but all I see is k562_count_10 which is used in generate_random_sample, and is in an old format without feather.
No worries if you don't have it, just asking in case it's conveniently accessible anywhere.
