Is there any way to change the Phi, Psi, and Omega angle when creating the poly saccharide chain?

Many thanks to the maker of this web tool, it's really simple and easy to use. However, I want to ask if there is any way I can easily change the conformation of my polysaccharide model, such as altering the length or diameter of each turn.

No this feature doesn't exist. We set values and then vary within a range in order to relieve any atomic overlaps. It would require significant effort to get such a feature into the website, so we'd need to see a strong use case/need in the community.

You could do it yourself by compiling the stand-alone version of the carbohydrate builder in the underlying software gmml2. If you set the dihedral values you want here and put the range as e.g. 1 degree max, it will set it and won't alter it. Make sure you compile after edits. The only issue is that you won't get energy minimization performed as is done on the website, but if you're looking for idealized structures that's probably ok.
