Implement Wikitext source extraction for the modern WT editing page

The current Wikitext source extraction mechanism only applies to pages using the old WT source editor (which most pages use). 

The issue is to implement source extraction for pages using the new editor and to have some detection mechanism in place to know what editor each page is using so that the appropriate mechanism may be applied.
