Finished:
Set CKAN version to 2.11 in relevant files and updated requirements to the latest upstream version – build successful.
Modified tests with the correct model and correct way to reset db – all regular tests passed.

In progress:
cypress UI tests – two passed, two failed.

Resolved an issue with the GitHub deployment to use CKAN 2.11 for ckan-test (#5122).

Back to the catalog to start Cypress tests

Fixed the issue on the organization page and added a Cypress test in the catalog to verify the organization type banner.
