Review react-sortable-hoc

Look into the draggable sortable list - right now it may contain too many unwanted dependencies, and there may be a better way to do this. Note: currently the package (react-sortable-hoc) has been added to the devDependencies section of the package.json file, if it is no longer in use then remove it from here.

Note: this should probably be done before fixing Equipment Type functionality if we're going to change it
