Support more Image Formats

Most browsers nowadays support both WEBP (lossy and lossless) and AVIF.
This change could drastically reduce the size of maps, though they are more computationally intensive to encode.
Effort required is hopefully small, but I'm not sure how much of the codebase relies on the fact that only two formats are currently supported.

I'm currently experimenting, I will open a pull request in the near future if I get it working.

The problem is that there are no Java libraries to encode to these formats, so what modern Dynmap does is write a png to a temporary location, invoke the webp binaries to convert to webp, then load it back into memory, then save it to its final location. To make zoomout tiles, the webp is loaded from storage, written to a temp location, converted back to png, loaded, processed into zoomout tile, which is then written as a png to a temp location, converted, loaded and finally saved again.
