Fly after closing respawn menu

Describe the bug
You can fly, if you close respawn menu after dying.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Die (to open respawn menu)
2. Press "Esc" (close menu)
3. You can fly

Cant reproduce. When I press Esc, the menu reopens (as it should be).
