Angular 16 support

Hi,

I'm so happy that this exists to make the tab header scrollable!

But unfortunately, with Angular 16 (16.1.2) I get peer dependency issues when trying to install it.

I added some overrides and was able to install it, but this throws the following error in the browser console:
"ERROR Error: NullInjectorError: No provider for MatLegacyTabGroup!"

You can fix it importing MatLegacyTabsModule instead of MatTabsModule. https://material.angular.io/guide/mdc-migration

However, I'm not able to swipe between tabs.
