Use funtoo's epro system

I just had a taste of funtoo's "epro" system which lets you have mixins, flavors, arches, and subarches, which together so far seem to be at least collections of USE flags, and possibly additional packages being added to the sets.

It seems like a useful enhancement to galapagos, more research may be required.
