Skin base colors don't get serialized back to file

GarlicOS 2.X supports base color theming via config.xml through the <Skin> tag, but this tag isn't being serialized back into the config.xml file just yet, which means custom base color themes are reset to default upon config.xml serialization.

More weekend work I guess.
