Delay Opening Games or RetroArch

There is a delay when trying to start games or RetroArch. Eventually it will open after 10+ seconds. This delay happens after a cold boot, or when resuming games from sleep.

If someone can point me in the right direction regarding gathering logs I would gladly do it. Not sure if ADB is an option or not.

Not all supported devices show this delay.

This seems to be mostly limited to H700-based devices.

Profiling shows a I/O wait situation, which hints at a card reader issue, but I haven't been able to figure anything out beyond that yet.
